How
far is it to the beach?
There
is a beach crossover just steps from the Flip
Flop Inn as well as access to the beach through
the Village of Stump Sound Clubhouse.
Is
the Flip Flop Inn an ocean/beach front house?
The Flip
Flop Inn is an oceanfront B house. What this
means is that two rows of houses exist between
the street and the ocean/beach, both having
frontage on the ocean/beach. "A" lots
are closer to the ocean and have more ocean/beach
frontage. The Flip Flop Inn sits on a "B"
lot, with unobstructed view to the south and
west.
How
far is it to the pool?
The
pool is located at the Village of Stump Sound
Clubhouse, just down the street.
Is
there a lifeguard at the pool?
There
is NO LIFEGUARD at the pool. Children under
16 must be accompanied by an adult (21 or older)
unless they have passed an American Red Cross
intermediate level of swimming. All pool guests
are required to have a pool pass (eight provided).
Additional daily pool passes may be purchased
from the rental manager. Unused pool passes
may be returned for a refund.
Are
linens available or should we bring our own?
You have
the option of bringing your own linens or renting
them. You will be asked at the time you make
your reservation if you would like to rent linens.
Are
pets allowed?
No.
The Flip Flop Inn is a nonsmoking house and
pets are not permitted.
